Care Communities

Care Communities provide the sustained support families need throughout the cancer journey. Made up of friends, relatives, neighbors, and community members who want to assist the family in tangible ways, they help to maintain a stable environment for patients and families throughout treatment.

How it Works?

Our Family Care Coordinators set up and manage online care communities, mobilizing the support of friends and neighbors, as well as raising funds and keeping family and friends updated about the family’s home needs and the condition of their loved one so parent(s) can focus on retaining a sense of normalcy for the entire family.
